Training for managers.

Managers are often asked to carry out HR tasks such as conducting disciplinary investigations or having difficult conversations about performance or behaviour, but don’t have training. We offer easy to understand training that gives managers the knowledge and confidence to undertake these tasks.

Training for elected employee representatives.

If you are going through a TUPE situation or a restructure or redundancy exercise, then you may need to go through a process of electing employee representatives.  We can provide training to your employees on their role and responsibilities within the process.
