For those of you affected by the changes to the IR35 rules that are due to come into effect in April, the Government has just announced that the changes will not come into effect until April 2021. The Government said this is in response to the Coronavirus crisis and is to help businesses and individuals. They have said it is a deferral and not a cancellation and they remain committed to the policy.
