What will you learn at the event?
How to conduct a Disciplinary Process. We will take a look at the legal position concerning disciplinaries. We will then look at the steps required in the disciplinary process including:
- When suspension is appropriate and how to suspend.
- How to conduct an investigation.
- How to conduct the disciplinary hearing.
- How to approach the decision-making process in disciplinaries.
- How to conduct an appeal.
Those attending will receive a free Toolkit on how to manage disciplinary matters, including template letters.
Who will be speaking at the event? Rob Tice will be your speaker. Rob has 20 years’ experience as an Employment Lawyer. He has spoken at numerous events including with ACAS and CIPD.
Timings. The event will start at 9.30am and finish at 11.00am.
